What Is The
Fire & Ice Treatment Procedure

Preparation:
The patient's skin is cleansed thoroughly to remove any makeup, oils or impurities. -
Fire Treatment:
A potent resurfacing masque (the "Fire" component) containing active ingredients like glycolic acid, retinol, or vitamin C is applied to the skin. This masque is left on for a specific duration to exfoliate dead skin cells, stimulate collagen production and improve skin texture. -
Neutralisation:
After the desired time, the masque is removed or neutralised using a soothing solution to halt the exfoliation process. -
Ice Treatment:
Following the Fire treatment, a cooling and soothing masque (the "Ice" component) is applied to the skin. This masque contains calming ingredients like aloe vera, hyaluronic acid, or cucumber extract to reduce inflammation and hydrate the skin. -
Moisturising:
The skin is gently moisturised and sunscreen is applied to protect it from UV damage. -
Post Treatment:
Mild redness or tingling sensation may occur temporarily, but there is typically no downtime and patients can resume their daily activities immediately. -
